DELIVERY
All orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post within 1-2 business days of orders being placed.
Sage and Harlow is not responsible for any delay in arrival on the couriers behalf.

Standard shipping - $6.95 flat rate. All orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post. Standard delivery is 2 -7 business days. Your tracking number and confirmation will be emailed to you after your order has been despatched. Free standard delivery over $199

Express shipping - $11.95 flat rate. All express orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post.. They guarantee next business day delivery if you post your item within Australia Post's Express Post network on a business day and meet their Express Post service conditions. RETURNS
​We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Email hello@sageandharlow.com.au to start a simple and easy returns process. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and MUST have a tracking number for the returned order that will need to be provided to process any returns.

To be eligible for a full refund your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it in and returned in all original box and packaging, including the free gift received with the order.

Refunds will be processed in 2-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).

Please note once more that you will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs with tracking for your returned item(s). Your refund will be for the original cost of the item, excluding shipping costs.
