RULES & INFORMATION

 

Please read all of the following before entering a Sage & Harlow crystal LIVE sale.

​

To purchase in the live, simply claim the item(s) you would like by commenting the price/letter of that item, once it has been shown.

 

The first person to comment the claim number/letter on my screen gets the claim. I can only go by what I see first on my screen. Please note - what I see will not always reflect how it shows up on your screen.

​

PLEASE do not claim items if you cannot pay for them. It is very time consuming and frustrating as a small business owner to have to chase payments, constantly remind people, and be ignored. It is also unfair on my other customers who may have also wanted those items.

OPEN BASKETS

If you only purchase one or two items, I am more than happy to hold an open basket until the next live, as long as the items are paid for, but you need to DM or email me to let me know, otherwise orders will be automatically packed and posted out after the invoice has been paid.

 

Unless otherwise discussed, open baskets will be sent out automatically when the weight limit (2.5kg) is reached, or after a maximum of 3 x live shows, whichever one comes first.

 

If you have any issues please just communicate, I am so happy to be accommodating for those who do the right thing.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment methods accepted are credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. I prefer payments to be made via bank transfer as it saves me fees, however no obligation if you prefer to pay by card or Paypal.

​

*PLEASE let me know if you wish to pay via PayPal prior to invoicing as I invoice via Square by default unless otherwise specified.

​

Items must be paid for within 36 hours of invoicing. If invoices are not paid on time, they will be cancelled automatically and items returned to stock.

​

Postage Insurance will be automatically charged for orders over $100. It isn't much but it ensures if anything happens to your items in transit, you are covered. Insurance is not mandatory, however if you choose not to pay insurance and your parcel gets lost, or damaged in transit, I am not liable for reimbursing you for your order.

​

In the event of lost or damaged orders, you will receive a credit balance with Sage & Harlow for the cost of your items - but that only applies to orders over $100 if you have postage insurance. 

​

If you need to discuss payment or have any issues please just communicate. Once again, I am happy to be accommodating for those who do the right thing.

​

Invoices are sent out the by Saturday afternoon each week after the LIVE. Orders are then packed and sent within two business days of invoices being paid.

 

LAY-BUYS

Payment plans are available for collector's pieces or single purchases of $100 or more.

​

Lay-Buy payments can only be made via bank transfer. Payment plans are not available by any other payment method, sorry for any inconvenience.

​

25% of the order total is due as a non-refundable deposit to secure and hold your items. The remaining 3 x installments of 25% will be due weekly until the Lay-Buy is paid. Only ONE Lay-Buy at a time will be allowed. You can not add additional items to an existing Lay-Buy once the deposit has been made. Lay-buys must be paid in full before items will be posted.

Payment plans for collector's pieces are negotiable and unique to each item.
