All orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days after order has been placed. Orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Please allow 3-7 business days to recieve your order. Simply send back items within 30 days, in original packaging to receive a full refund. Buyer pays return postage with tracking. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the post that have been sent without a tracking number.
